Permian Lodging - Midland Lodge

Was here for about 7 months. Not only to the cooks that make the cafe amazing but also to the front desk employees that made living there fluent and comfortable. The cooks here are great and would do anything for ya! But if anyone gets the pleasure of meeting Davonte Hall you’ll know you’re taken care of. Last the manager Melissa is the first person that I would say owns her role and does nothing but own it and creates a great environment the best she can with what she has to deal with. Permian lodging is family in my books.

The staff are very responsive to the clients needs and or requirements. As well as friendly and willing to be as helpful as possible. The food is excellent, plenty of parking, the kitchen has updated appliances, and the rooms are spacious.

Food sucks. Prison food. Breakfast great. Other bad. No fruit. No thousand island for salads.

First and only man camp I’ve stayed at. The rooms are clean for the most part. There are issues with the rooms at times, no hot water, no water at all, shower or toilet not working. But they are usually fixed fast or they move you to a different room. The food ain’t bad, especially after work. Tacos on Tuesdays, and steak night is Wednesday. I’d stay here again.

Rooms are clean, plenty of food, the owner is a nice guy. First time staying somewhere like this and was surprised how much more affordable it is than staying at a hotel.

Good service across the board, the workers have to be efficient due to the sheer amount of customers. The food is typically very good, especially on Sunday. I was housed in an older portion of thr camp, so it was a bit run down; but the A/C was very cold, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower water was hot and didn't smell like Odessa. A good work camp situated near I-20.

Only thing I have seen is that they need to figure out a better way to run the wires from the TV to there TV box's and I noticed that in the cafeteria there was the same guy always downgrading and female co worker the last 2 nights I was there

Overall its a good mancamp. Rooms are clean and have a nice hotel feel instead of a jail like other mancamps. Most of the front desk people are great and willing to help, Melissa the manager is a breath of fresh air to deal with and very understanding. Food is pretty good in the mornings and decent at night. It's close to everything store and restaurant wise yet away from the noise of the city which is nice. Big campus.
